Caroline is a skilled researcher, facilitator and communicator who brings people together to share their wisdom and create transformative experiences through dialogue. She is an MBA - Leadership candidate at Dalhousie University and holds a Master of Arts from the University of Calgary.
Marie is a Counselor and Leadership Coach who believes that her clients are the experts in their own lives. She tailors her approach to meet the individual needs of each client.
Marie has spent over thirty years working across Canada and the United States as an educational leader, facilitator, and coach. She has worked with a broad diversity of learners and brings her wisdom and professional experience from public and private school boards and the not for profit sector to her work with organizations.
Marie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education, a post graduate diploma in Special Education and a Master’s degree in Counselling and Leadership. She has completed training for credentialing at the ACC level with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Carolee Israel Turner has over twenty-five years experience working with high risk populations. She is a member of the Canadian Association of Threat Assessment Professionals, the Alberta Community Crime Prevention Association and the Association of Traumatic Stress Specialists. Carolee holds a Masters degree in Integrated Studies, specializing in Work, Organization, and Leadership Development.
For the past fifteen years, Carolee has been working in collaborative leadership positions facilitating case management and shared strategies among justice, health, children services and community agencies. Her talents and wisdom have been leveraged for risk management, domestic and sexual violence, first responder strategic development, and high-risk youth intervention.
Carolee offers Leadership and Organizational Development opportunities in identity- based leadership development, going beyond diversity and inclusion training. Carolee turns cultural competency training upside down by putting race, culture and faith on the table in a world where it is a challenge to do so.
Carolee also offers consulting and workshop facilitation in Government and Non-government Collaborative Practise, Supporting Corporate Social Responsibility Policies, and - Creating social conscience in the corporate world.
Jennifer is a Certified Association Executive with over 15 years of experience in the public and not-for-profit sectors. She currently serves as Executive Director of the Alberta College and Association of Opticians.
Jennifer has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a Bachelor of Professional Arts degree in Communication Studies. She is a student at Athabasca University where she is completing the final requirements for a Master of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies.
As part of the MA degree program, Jennifer worked with Dr. Reinekke Lengelle to explore the transformational writing model in relation to personal and professional development. Jennifer’s paper on creative writing for adult survivors of childhood abuse is accepted for publication in the peer-reviewed Journal of Integrated Studies.
